We are passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need a helping hand.

DOMESTIC FOCUS

We focus on food insecurity issues and supporting at risk children in the US. We are proud to support the following partners and help accelerate the work they do to change lives and do good.

Food Insecurity

We dream that no one worries about where they will get their next meal, sleep, or get meaningful healthcare. Our goal is to snuff out hunger & provide resources that will build stronger, more resilient individuals and communities.

At Risk Children

A child at risk is less likely to transition successfully into adulthood. Our mission is to support organizations that can provide our youth with the tools needed for academic success & job readiness. Access to these tools ensures a future of financial stability and high hopes of becoming a positive member of society.

INTERNATIONAL FOCUS

Globally, we support refugees, provide access to robust health care and fight for equality for women.

EQUALITY FOR WOMEN

The Mayo Family Foundation stands firm in its fight to ensure women live free from violence & discrimination, have access to education, and earn a fair and equal wage.

Democratization of healthcare

There are 1.4 billion people in India. 72% of the population is said to be rural. Access to burn units in rural India is almost unheard of. The Mayo Family is working on several projects, including building burn units in hospitals in rural India.

Afghan Girls Next Chapter

In 2021, Mayo Family Foundation orchestrated the largest public private partnership rescue effort out of Afghanistan. As a result, in a matter of 147 hours, we rescued 147 Hazar women that are now successfully settled in the United States. The Mayo Family Foundation does active case management.

To get a glimpse into the lives of the girls, and learn more about what is happening in Afghanistan please visit our Instagram handle or sign up for the quarterly on the website.
